The Circadian Group has expanded on the vision of Wallace Erickson, a prominent Vancouver developer, to create an organization that provides expertise for the value creation cycle of real estate development, From Start to Finish, The Circadian Advantage. Wallace was unable to witness his vision take shape; Tony Russo, his son-in-law, carried on the name and the tradition of his mentor.
Tony commenced his career as a construction laborer, at the age of 18. A strong work ethic, an aptitude for problem solving and a propensity for open communication propelled him into the roles of Superintendent and Project Manager, then ultimately onto designing, constructing and developing his own projects. Joseph Crivici, with extensive commercial real estate leasing, development, and investment management experience, joined the organization in 2009. Helmut Penner, founding partner of Circadian Capital, joined the management team bringing with them extensive investor relations expertise and project funding experience. Dario Russo, sharing Tony’s vision for development joined Circadian in 2022, bringing with him a finance background and proficiency for financial and development analysis.
With the goal of creating an innovative real estate organization, the partnership was incorporated with the key objective of offering partners and investors the opportunity to participate in real estate projects with a qualified developer – ensuring success by direct involvement and control at the ground level.
