Joseph M. Crivici:
Joe has managed sales and marketing professionals in the investment and real estate industry for over 25 years. A University of British Columbia graduate, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics, he oversees acquisitions, leasing, sales & project marketing for The Circadian Group. His passion for real estate, communication skills and creative approach to deal making are his strongest attributes.
Helmut Penner:
Helmut’s real estate career has spanned a period of 40 years in Metro Vancouver. Upon completing his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at The University of British Columbia, Helmut started his career as a licensed commercial realtor with a national real estate group in 1973, managing the Commercial/Industrial Brokerage Division. In 1988, he became the founding partner of a development company involved in residential and commercial developments. As an Investor Relations Partner, Helmut’s relationship building skills and leadership experience are greatly respected and utilized.
Dario Russo:
Dario earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Hons.) from The University of British Columbia in 2016, and his Diploma of Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia, specializing in Real Estate Development, in 2017. Dario began his career in real estate, as a construction lender for a large financial institution in Vancouver, and originated over $1B in deals – from single family to syndicated high-rise mixed-use projects. In 2022, Dario joined the family company and plays a key role in the strategic direction of the Group, with a specific focus on development, finance, and property management.
